MY JOURNEY

My journey into the health and fitness world started as an insecure girl with body image issues.

However over the years, I discovered I loved strength training and that love grew into a passion to help other women see the beauty and strength of living in a strong body.

But as the years progressed, I realized those same women struggled to find the balance between living in strong bodies... and having a strong life.

So that became mission #2!
