My name is Andrea Wiggins and I am a Fitness Trainer and Coach who is PASSIONATE about helping women truly transform their lives.
I have been involved in fitness for over 25 years and have been a fitness trainer for the last 19. I truly do love to help busy, driven, hardworking women create a PURPOSEFUL plan of action for breaking up with those limiting beliefs… and embracing their STRENGTH, both in their bodies and in their lives.
Growing up I was the girl who never really fit the mold (or so I felt in my head) of what I thought a “pretty” girl was supposed to look/be like. I was SUPER shy and soft-spoken. And physically, I always felt a little “chunky” and was often very self-conscious about being shaped differently than the other girls. But as I got older, I found that one thing I really did have going for me was… I was pretty strong!
I found that I could hang pretty well with the boys and sometimes, to their dismay, was a bit stronger than they were.
Fast forward a few years and I was starting to have a little more appreciation for… being me. I found that I had a bit of an adventuresome streak and after I graduated from high school, I decided to enlist in the Navy. It was one of the scariest things I had ever done… and also one of the most exciting.
I found myself being challenged in a way I never had before and was starting to gain a true appreciation for my personal strength. What I learned during my enlistment was that I was not only growing stronger physically but I was also challenged to become stronger as a person.
Through my career in the Navy, and later, my 18-year career as a Police Officer, I found that being “strong” was not something to be ashamed or embarrassed by and didn’t make me any less feminine. But instead, it actually allowed me to blossom into the person I was truly meant to be. Embracing my personal strength allowed me to challenge myself in new ways and eventually step outside of my comfort zone and live bigger.
Having a new-found appreciation of “me”, I dove into the world of fitness head first. I LOVED being in the gym and learning how to challenge my physique. I was ready to embrace my STRONG and it felt pretty amazing! I became certified as a personal trainer and loved being able to help people learn to transform their health, fitness, and bodies. And because I love a good challenge, I decided to tackle fitness competing at the young age of 39! It was an amazing experience and like every challenge prior, I had conquered another comfort zone and was again, embracing my strong.
Creating a tribe where women can feel connected, supported and given the tools that will help them live their BEST lives… to find THEIR PERSONAL STRONG… this is what excites me!
Ladies, we were created to be amazing, with gifts unique to each of us. My passion for each of you is to help you find your strong… in your body, in your mind, and in your life!
I am super excited to take this trip with you!
Committed to your success,
– Andrea
